Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities, building processes  and supporting a growing team.

This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to work independently in a high-energy startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout, onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit formalities).
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and contracts.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and vendor follow-ups.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Draft and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Handle documentation related to audits and statutory filings (if applicable).

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.

Process & Systems

  • Develop and improve HR processes aligned with startup growth.
  • Implement trackers, dashboards, and HR reporting mechanisms.

Roles and Resonsibilities

  • 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions (preferably in a startup or growing organization).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
