Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities, building processes and supporting a growing team.
This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to work independently in a high-energy startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout, onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics.
HR Operations & Administration
- Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit formalities).
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and contracts.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and vendor follow-ups.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Draft and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Handle documentation related to audits and statutory filings (if applicable).
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Process & Systems
- Develop and improve HR processes aligned with startup growth.
- Implement trackers, dashboards, and HR reporting mechanisms.
Roles and Resonsibilities
- 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions (preferably in a startup or growing organization).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
